How to Initiate a Return

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Our customer service team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return package.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely received. If you are returning a defective or damaged product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or if the product is defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@heatermaveltech.net. We will arrange for a return and send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive the defective item, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product, based on your preference.
